Susan Protos serves as the Healthcare Practice Lead at GTM Group, bringing over two decades of experience in driving transformative healthcare initiatives. She spearheads GTM’s efforts to help strategic clients worldwide accelerate their market initiatives.
Throughout her career, Susan has been dedicated to driving strategic initiatives and fostering organizational growth within both Fortune 500 companies and early-stage technology firms on an international scale. With a robust background in healthcare, life sciences, and technology, she is recognized as a thought leader and has cultivated enduring relationships across prominent healthcare organizations.
Prior to joining GTM, Susan held the position of Head of HealthTech and Life Sciences at UST, where she orchestrated global initiatives to expand market presence. Her leadership facilitated collaborations with leading organizations, pushing boundaries in healthcare through extensive domain expertise, a broad partnership network, and unwavering executive commitment to client success.
As Global Client Partner at EPAM, Susan managed a healthcare business cluster, working nationally with strategic clients in digital and technology transformation. As Vice President at Aetna, Susan led Population Health Management nationally, delivering data analytics, care management, and Value-Based Care solutions while managing complex cross-functional teams. She has also held leadership roles at emids, CTG, Elsevier, Wolters Kluwer, and AGFA, driving revenue and bringing new digital technology solutions to market.
Susan holds an MBA degree from the University of Minnesota.
